Ingredients
- 2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 avocado, stone and skin removed
- 1 1/2 cups soya bean milk (or any other milk)
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 1 tablespoon pure honey
- 1 tablespoon of grounded ginger
- Handful of ice or allow it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes
Method
