Some say pain is the only constant thing in life yet some believe in happilly ever after. Am I wrong to want happiness all through life? Am I wrong to choose smile rather than tears? Am I wrong for wanting that peace, that joy, that comfort!? If the answer is yes! But why? Why is it wrong? And if the answer is no! Why then have I suffered so much grief!!? Hmmmm. These and many other questions are worries that bereave our hearts. We want answers so badly that we go searching for them. Now! it is wrong to want all the goodies of life, to want a life like a bed of roses, to grow old with the one you love, to have the exact number of children you want? All these aren't bad! They are infact beautiful! But yes! Life isn't a bed of rose they say and we have grown to see and believe that indeed it isn't. Pain is birthed by so many factors. Some people have so much suffered pain that they have grown to develop thick skin. They say when the heart has bled consistently, it stops feeling. To correct the misconceived notion that pain is physical, let's examine some factor that may birth pain within us.Losing a job : To some, they find it quite hard to relate with why anyone would want to stress over losing a job not to mention becoming grieved over it. The truth remains that a particular issue no matter how irrelevant or unimportant it may seem may lead to series of unpleasant events that may result to a full scale depression. Take for instance the head of a home with wife and kids to nurture. Losing his Job might be synonymous to losing your place, respect and value at home.
