YOUTH PROTECTING IN ONDO STATE

Image result for bring back our girls meet with buhariSOME aggrieved youths in Owo Local Government Area of Ondo State, Thursday, stormed major streets protesting against alleged indiscriminate arrests, extortion and harassment by men of the State Police Special Anti-Cultism Squad.
The aggrieved youths, at about 8am, marched to the palace of Olowo of Owo, Oba Folagbade Olateru-Olagbegi to intimate him of the development.

Armed with placards with inscriptions such as “We need help, not hurt”, Anti-Cultists squad are scammers, not security agents” and “No more innocent arrest in our land”.
Addressing the protesters, the Ojomo of Ijebu Owo land, Oba Kofoworola Oladoyinbo appealed against the break down of law and order.
