The photo seem like a typical refugee returnees but it is not. The re-run election that was fix for 19th March was suspended in some part of Rivers State.
Therefore the Independent National Electoral Commission has said it will not conduct any election in Rivers State until peace return to the state.
The Saturday's election was characterized by sporadic shooting and killing of the innocent souls. One of such is a Corp member who was shot dead by unknown gunmen in the state. INEC says it will not return to Rivers for any election until peace return. A meeting hsa been scheduled for Wednesday 23rd march 2016.
