Earthquake has struck in the southern Taiwan. Expert said the magnitude is to the ton of 6.4 which rocked up to 30 miles east ward. It toppled building had leave at least five

Guan residential building is one of the building affected by the quake this set out a strong search with more than 200 firefighters. Four people were confirm dead in the collapsed building. 26 people are said to have been missing.

"I was watching TV and after a sudden burst of shaking, I heard a boom. I opened my metal door and saw the building opposite fall down,"
