A man identified as Emmanuel Ogah has been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command for allegedly stabbing his mother to death.
His brother Cletus Ogah reported the matter to Ogun State Police Command. Emmanuel Ogah who has just completed his one year compulsory National Youth Service allegedly stabbed his mother a 62-year -old food vendor to death early March 2017.
He was arrested on Thursday 9, March 2017 at no 16 Ololade Street , Lafenwa Itele Ota where the crime was committed.
When he was interrogated, he claimed his mother was in the habit of insulting and disgracing himin the present of her workers.
The remand of the 62-year-old has been deposited in Ota General Hospital Mortuary for Autopsy
while the suspect has been transfered to Homicide section of the State Criminal Investigation And intelligence Department for further investigation.
