purportedly given by the Principal of Abeokuta Gramma School in Ogun State.It has become the common slogan " the Value of education has been watered down.' The question is who is to blame? Everybody at their arm chairs portioning blame Nobody does what is expected of him. The Government wouldn't pay salary, no school inspection, Everybody doing what pleases him or her.
