Just few hours after President Buhari declare victory over Boko Haram, two females suicide bomber blown themselves in the early hours of Monday.
Cable news reported that one of the attacker died at the spot while the other was captured before blowing herself up.
The incident was confirmed by the spokesman for the Borno Police Command.
