A man identified as Olisa Nwakoby has allegedly shot himself in the head with a pistol at Lekki in front of a Catholic Church called Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church on Northern Foresore Estate.
A Police Officer has said that a silver American pistol with a five round of unexpected ammunition was recovered at the scene of the incident. The corpse has long been taken for autopsy while the investigation continues . The Officer added.
Mr. Nwakoby until his dead was a staff of the FCMB, The forty-four-year-old Nwakoby who was a manager of the bank's branch in Lekki shot himself over a bad dept estimated at N350 Million a loan from the bank the deceased gave to a customer, who the customer allegedly failed to servic the loan.
As a result became frustrated due to the pressure from the bank's management to pay the loan which he could not meet the demand.
